Antonio Salvi is an Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at EM Lyon.

He graduated in Economics in 1993. He obtained a Ph.D in Business Administration in Bocconi University in 1998. He has been visiting scholar in Stern School of Business in 1999. He attended the International Teachers Program at the Stockholm School of Economics in 2005. He is currently Associate Professor of Corporate Finance at EM Lyon and the coordinator of the Master in Corporate Finance at SDA Bocconi in Milan. He has also been adjunct Professor of Finance at HEC and Assistant Professor at Bocconi University.

He is the co-Author of the well known textbook “Corporate finance. Theory and practice” published by Wiley in 2005. He has also published in Economic notes, Journal of arts management and other academic journals.
