François Larmande is an Assistant Professor of Finance at EM Lyon Business School.

He completed his Ph.D. in Economics on the topic of executive and managerial compensation. He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and holds a Master Degree in game theory and optimization. He has also worked as a consultant in executive compensation before joining EM Lyon.

His research focuses on managerial incentives, performance evaluation and the design of compensation schemes for executives and fund managers.
